Team leadership subject can be interesting for persons whose are involved in group activities or think that they should do that. Student’s knowledges will be in team creation and main aspects of leadership. They will know possible problems in creating team, they will know how to manage cultural and demographical differences, and they will find best leadership style and possibilities to use it with different people. In this subject students can better understand themselves, develop their leadership skills and to have some practical skills how to organize teamwork.
