The course aims to introduce students to management theories which used to form and are forming successful development of organizations. After presenting the roots of the science of management, management theories will be studied starting with the oldest and continuing to the contemporary ones. The classical organization management theories of the science of management, ideal bureaucratic management, organization and general management, classical socio-psychological, behavioural and performance motivation, universal participation in management(participative), and other theories will be analyzed.
