The main aim of this course is to develop and expand the specialty knowledge of leadership, learn to think critically about the leadership phenomenon and about the conditions of leadership theories, to reveal the leadership activities through practical examples and models. During this course, students are provided with a comprehensive understanding of leadership as a phenomenon and its impact on the organizational behavior of individuals. During classes and seminars, students will develop leadership skills related to the analysis of leadership problems and the ways of their solution in organizations. That will permit to begin the career-long development of their leadership talent.
